i actually am a huge fan of crystal light..v8 and 1 diet soda every couple of days

Any sugar-free drink is allowed in this WOE, just keep the caffeinated ones limited to 2 cups a day.

And remember that there ARE calories in Crystal Lite so count them as part of your 75 "treat" allowance.

Maybe I'm a bit ridiculous, but the first time around on SB when I was really craving something sweet, I'd put half a packet of splenda in my water bottle. I did that maybe once a day but it was a nice change of pace from plain water. Personally, I hate crystal light (it makes my throat feel funny) so that was my alternative to it.

way back in March of either 05 or 06 they upped the sweet treat allowance to 100
