goodmorning everyone
i was here about 3yrs ago and lost 40lbs and felt that i had finally won the battle after being overweight all my adult life. well guess what i was wrong the battle continues on and im back hopefully never to leave again. ive gained it all back plus a little bit more of course and im hoping the beach will work for me again because it was the only one that did and ive tried them all and i mean all so im trying to work things out to get my signiture going agai and look foward to meeting some lifelong friends cuz i guess this is gonna be a life long process

Faylene, I truly believe that success is just getting up once oftener than you fall...and that if you fall, you should at least pick something up while you're down there. So what can you 'pick up' from your experience? What happened and how can you keep it from happening again? :hug: I know you can do it when you're ready!
