After a perfect week and a half on Phase 1, I messed up last night. I ate Papa John's pizza. And it's not that I was craving it, but I didn't have the willpower. The BF ordered it after work, and I resisted for awhile, but not completely. I felt AWFUL afterwards. Physically and emotionally.
So my question is what's the best way to get on back on track? How about detoxing my body of the bad food I took in?

Rubberduck! The great thing about SBD is that you can get right back on track again with your next meal. I think you should finish out the rest of Phase 1, and if you notice you still have cravings, maybe extend it for another week before going on to Phase II.
