I haven't used my fitday account in a very long time. So, this morning I got up early and decided to log in my menu for yesterday. The total came out to less than 1200 cal. I keep a journal logging what I eat, how much I exercise and how I am feeling about my diet that day. So on an average day it seems I am logging less than 1200 cal and about 40 min cycling between 15-18mph at least 4x's a week. I did not realize that my calorie count was so low because I'm eating more than I usually do. I am still on ph 1 until Monday. Is this amount of calories healthy or should I stop exercising? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Pohai

You definitely need to eat more...the 1200 calorie injunction is for pretty sedentary people. If you're exercising that vigorously and that often, you need more than that. Just add good things, like good fat and lean protein, some dairy, some beans.
Okay?
