Returning to the Beach, Early May Start!
 

Hi,

I am returning to the beach at all time high for my weight. I have had a lot going on in my life, ( as most people do!)

I realized today, that getting rid of the "bad carbs" helps me feel better and be able to function better.

Just like the Nike commercial, "just do it" that is what I told myself. No I didn't sit around and think about this I am just doing it. In fact it feels really good to "just be doing it". I didn't make it to the grocery store today, but I have found enough Phase I foods for today and tomorrow. Always prepared for the diet! LOL

I look forward to feeling better, chatting with you Beach Bums again and getting in a little bit better shape this summer.

Hi, Ruth, I put my garden in today. I am in SC and the weather is in the 80's already, headed for the 90's next week.

I'm not sure if I have been around the site long enough to give a welcome but, I just wanted to say good luck! And I think a lot of people are joining up for an early May start. Enjoy your weather (it's pouring here, at least it smells awesome) and have a great start! Welcome back to the beach!
