Question about Creamer

At Work I have Silk (Soymilk Creamer) Is this Ph1 Legal?
Theres 15 cal per TBSP 1 g of fat and less than 1 gram of sugar

It sounds OK to me, just make sure that 1 gram of fat isn't saturated fat or hydrogenized fat. Doesn't Silk make a non-fat creamer? I like soy milk in my coffee and use 7th Continent non-fat vanilla flavored soymilk.

The GFGC book says Non Dairy Liquid creamers Light are OK with 2 carbs and 2 fat per 2 T. I hope this helps.

Thanks Ladies! I have to be careful with NonFat anything b/c it usually has higher sugar (because of my WLS) that's why i can't do Nonfat half and half
