I'm just swithching off of Medifast and have 15 more pounds to lose. My question is.......Does anyone use the south beach diet on-line? If so how do it work for you?

I've never used the on-line service. I refuse to pay for information that can usually be found free on the internet.

Honestly, the diet is simple to follow. With the information on the book and a couple of internet sites, I've found it pretty simple to do.

Thanks for the links. I noticed that they are several years old. Do you know if the service has been upgraded and improved since then? I also noticed a start date of March 18 for phase I, any idea when you'll post another phase I start?

No idea of whether or not there have been upgrades. We do have a few chicks who belong and keep us apprised of any changes.

We usually have a week long Phase I Thread but I was computerless last weekend and didn't do it. I'll start one now. It really doesn't matter when the week starts! It'll be nice to have you join us there and also on the Daily Chat.

I used SBD Online when I first started the diet a couple of years ago, but I found after only a couple of weeks that I didn't really need it. The book was all I really needed. The diet is pretty simple to follow once you get used to it.

I joined SBD Online again this time around thinking there might be some updates or new information I might want access to....

There isn't really anything I didn't already know.

I'm cancelling tomorrow while I'm still in my 7 day free trial period. Now that I've found this free support forum, I don't really have a need for the other site.

I'm with Tyereyes, used the online site a few years ago also, and just like her joined again to see what updates there were...I am cancelling also, I really like this site and support much better, and its FREE....
