Hey folks...I am going to start my Life on the Beach on Friday, March 30. It is the day after my birthday (gotta go out to dinner with the hubby, right??) but it is most definately my present to myself!

I had been thinking about this change all week, and surprisingly I am looking forward to the change, even as much as I love my white foods! But I refuse to go another year weighing more than I did when I was pregnant! A good friend just died yesterday who struggled with her weight and diabetes and that just firmed my resolve even more!

So I am gearing up! I just printed out my menus starting with Friday and my shopping list!
