Just got back from a great lunch at Salsaritas (grilled shrimp salad!) and a pretty good workout :)
But, i came home to log in my breakfast, snack, and lunch but my fitday isnt working... this has happened before and its pretty annoying! i have a pretty good idea how much i have had to eat since i've been counting calories for a good two years but its just not knowing the exact number thats annoying me! its raining here... icy cold rain! So, i did my running at the gym and used the elliptical- not bad but i miss the scenery. Running around the track isnt the same thing. I am sort of moving away from the SB lifestyle in a little way- i'm eating all SB foods but 3-4 times a week i'm going to have a 100 calorie snack pack. I experimented with it and i didnt gain weight. In all honesty i should have done this a long time ago. Because normally when i break SB its for oreos or other cookies and i can never limit it to one serving- so 4 hours will go by and my calorie count will be sky high... i know this whole post had no reason! ahaa |
Why is it soooo hard to get up on Rainy Days??? :?: :tantrum:
Morning to everyone -- it may be the afternoon but I am still not awake. Welcome cmartin78!!! Hope everyone has a good weekend! We plan on doing some spring cleaning. Although, since it's no loner 70 degrees here (40!), maybe we can postpone it until the weather cooperates more?? :D |
Well I started off good then this little :patrick: brought pizza to work today, then another little :kissluck: brought these yummy clover cookies. He told me there were no carbs in them but I think he was full of blarney ;)
So I guess I'll be starting over again. The good news is that I actually did not pig-out on pizza as would be my usaual habit. This is a good start. I have to learn how to control myself at some point. |
