Ooh, can I play? I'm just starting out, so don't laugh at my goal!!
Also, I'm not going to count my (usually) daily walk to and from work (30 minutes total) as often it's leisurely and just a part of my day.

So, I know it's not a lot to most of you guys, but I'm really super proud that I made my goal this month! My first month back to exercising and now I'm so excited to continue!

Okay. I'm not going to set a goal since this is my first month back to working out. I think seeing it in writing will help though! I'll have a better idea of what I want a goal to be next month!

OK.. Now that I am allowed to exercise again... I am going to join you! I am not setting a goal at this point since I am still under doctors orders to take it easy! So I am going to listen to my body...

2/8 - 97 minutes (42 treadmill / 45 weights and abs / 10 stretching) 2/9 - 90 minutes (45 TM / 45 Stretching and weights/abs) 2/12 - 77 minutes (32 on the Treadmill / 45 stretching/weights/abs) 2/15 - 90 minutes (45 on TM /45 weights/abs/stretching)
