newbie with questions
 

Hello everyone I am new here and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions for someone with hypothyroidisim, PCOS, and Insulin Resistance.
I was diagnosed hypothyroid 2 yrs ago and am currently taking synthroid 100mg we are still trying to regulate my hormone levels, I have every symptom of PCOS & IR so I am waiting to find out on those two, my dr will not send me to a specialist and thinks there is no reason to test for the others, any how I have read alot about the SBD helping women in my situation, so I figure I have tried everything else why not. I plan on reading up on the diet and making my lists to grocery shop this weekend. Can anyone offer any tips that would be helpful? I am taking all suggestions.
