Where can I find lf parmesan cheese? I don't think I have ever seen it. What brands have it? The stores in my area are super walmart, albertsons and kroger. Thanks.

I know Kraft makes a LF grated parm ..Also their regular parm has no fillers, has 1.5 grams of fat (1=satfat) and 20 cals for 2 tsps. So the regular isn't bad at all.:)

Mandi - I'm in Texas and I can by the Kraft reduced fat at Tom Thumb. After I looked at the ingredients, though, I chose to keep buying the regular Kraft and just watching how much of it I use. I didn't care for some of the fillers in the reduced fat.

Oh, I thought they were referring to the fresh grated parmesan in the recipes I was reading. Does anyone know if this is available in low fat?
