Headache??
 

I am totally confused!! I am on day 10 of phase 1, and I woke up with a headache WORSE than the one I got on day 2 thru day day 4.

I thought this was all supposed to END once you got thru the withdrawl from the sugar? Please tell me this is going to go away soon!

Are you remembering to include the dairy and legumes in your plan? It is rather strange after ten days. Perhaps you've picked up a bug. There's lots of it going around. If it persists, try to see a doctor.

Could it be a tension headache, unrelated to the sugar? Did you get enough sleep? Drink enough water?

It might just be that it's taking your body longer to adjust. Stick with it! Hope you're feeling better soon.

The headache is GONE!! Yay! It went away sometime during the night, but it lasted the entire day. I steamed my face, which is supposed to help with sinus infections..

Boy, phase 1 is pretty tricky! Today is day 11, so 3 days to go.. yay!
