So I'm back!
 

After a long "break" from eating right and exercising. For the past 6 months I've been filling up on junk and not moving a muscle (except probably my mouth).
Needless to say, I'm in the worst shape of my life, physically, mentally and emotionally. My self esteem is down in the dumps, and any kind of movement leaves me huffing and puffing. I think I'm at my all time highest weight, I have no idea how much I weigh since I abandoned the scales. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and see how much damage I have done.
I've had it, I can't torture myself like this anymore!
So I'm giving South Beach another go, since it proved to be the only thing that seriously works for me. I will be starting tomorrow, the first day of the new year!
So I'm back, hopefully for good this time.
