Anybody have any hints on making it easier to mix? I just dread opening a ew jar!

When I buy a new jar, I turn it upside down for a day or so, then lay it on it's side for a few days. It does help mix it up a bit. Smuckers offers a "peanut butter mixer" on it's website that I may order one of these days.

I find that mixing it is a drag but, once it's done, I just keep it in the fridge and it seems to stay mixed.
