I was so wanting my Mom's stew ( She has passed away) and found this recipe that is a healthier , easy version of her's in "The Gluten-Free Gourmet." ( http://www.fairysredcolordiet.com/bl...r-the-day-stew) I did cut all the fat off my stew meat first.
