Beer-Braised Chicken

Dinner was amazing. The whole house smelled wonderful. I used Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan beer for the ale, I used apple cider in place of the water, I added dried thyme instead of the bundle, and I only used 4 thighs. I made green beans as a side, and we used whole wheat bread to sop up the sauce. :D

I don't drink so I was concerned that it might have a beer-y taste but it just tasted wonderful
