SPICY Taco Chili
Spicy Taco Chili
1/2 pound lean ground chuck 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can rotel tomatoes 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 can navy beans 1 can tomatoe sauce 1/2 packet of taco seasoning hotsauce to taste Just brown and drain off the chuck and add to a soup pot ( I use a big skillet and its less clean up) and add the other ingredients and cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes and serve I add a little reduced fat cheddar to melt on the top and some lowfat sour cream if I have it...it is delicious!!! __________________ (4 servings) |
