Sausage Soup
 

Ingredients needed,

1 package Healthy Choice smoked sausage
2 cans french style green beans
1 can rotel
1 8 oz can tomato sauce


Slice up sausage and add drained green beans, rotel, (do not drain the rotel)
and tomato sauce and bring to a boil, them simmer for 10 minutes on low and enjoy ;) VERY GOOD!

Rotel is tomatoes and hot peppers, right? We don't have that in Canada so would substitute canned tomatoes and hot peppers.

Ruth - I almost always substitute canned diced tomatoes in juice and diced mild green chilis, which seems to work fine. The juice in Rotel is waterier, and I don't like it as well.

Yep any type of diced tomatoes with or without the green pepper makes it a good soup, for some spice I add a little hot sauce but just a few drops ;)
