  • Turkey Noodle Soup
    Serves 4 (1 1/2 cups)

    2 cups (one 16 ounce can) Healthy Request Chicken Broth
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup sliced carrots
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 1/2 cups (8 ounces) diced cooked turkey breast
    1 cup uncooked noodles
    1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed (any vegetable you like)
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper

    Spray slow cooker with butter flavored cooking spray. Add chicken broth and water in slow cooker. Stir in celery, carrots, onion, and turkey. Add uncooked noodles, peas, thyme, and black pepper. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours. Mix well before serving.

    * You can cook the noodles first, add them in at the last 30 minutes.
