I got the recipe for this soup from a meeting, and I love it!
* Exported from MasterCook * 6 CAN SOUP (3 points) Recipe By : Serving Size : 9 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 can vegetable broth 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can minestrone soup (one can of Progresso Minestrone) 1 can ranch-style beans 1 can creamed corn 1 can green beans Mix all ingredients ( don't drain green beans) and simmer. 1 cup serving is 3 points on the new winning points program with the fiber cap. Last year, it was only 2 points! Oh, well. It's still good, and filling! Yield: "9 cups" - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 153 Calories; 3g Fat (14.8% calories from fat); 6g Protein; 28g Carbohydrate; 5g Dietary Fiber; 1mg Cholesterol; 911mg Sodium. Ranch bean are like chili beans, they're, I believe pinto or kidney beans but with added flavor. In the stores it will say Ranch Beans, very tasty I must add. :chef:
