You can get this in your regular supermarket..

Its 2 - 3 carbs per 1/4 cup serving depending on the flavor. So far I've had the turkey gravy - its 2 carbs per 1/4 cup and it taste pretty good. A little thinner then most but if your missing gravy this will do the trick.
