Liatris' Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

1 1/3 cups buttermilk
2/3 cup mayonaise (substitute 1/3 cup yogurt cheese for part of the mayonaise, if desired)
1 heaping teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill (use less if dill seeds are included)
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch sugar
Minced garlic to taste (optional)

Wisk all together.

Thanks liatris!! Will be making this tomorrow, after I go to the store. I have a killer bleu cheese dressing recipe that I will post for anyone that is interested.
