This is nice on any type of lettuce, i put real bacon bits and parmesean cheese with this dressing but you can mix and match
1 3-minute egg
4 tbsp oil (olive is tasty)
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp of mustard (prepared)
garlic clove mashed
salt and pepper to taste

cook three minute egg, mix oil and vinegar and mustard with whisk, beat in egg and add the garlic and salt and pepper. If need 1/2 tsp of sweetner (optional to taste) mix this and put on salad with bacon and cheese but must serve immediately, or can make dressing ahead and refrigerate until serving salad
