Smile August 21 - August 27 Fiid Thread

Ok, I am starting it. Today was a good day, back to square one pretty much.
Breakfast - wg toast w/pb
L-salad
Chicken parmesean
S- light cheese stick and sliced yellow pepper
a few pecan halves
D- chicken breast stuffed with artichoke hearts, capers and goat cheese
spinach mushroom risotto
lima beans
wine

I have been so MIA for awhile!!! What can I say, life has been nuts! My thesis is due Friday, the wedding is less than a month away, my parents come this weekend....Oh my lord, it's been an exciting August! I'm happy to see there are still a few of you truckin along on Sonoma.

I have maintained the 6 that I'd lost, but havn't moved from there....I just thought I'd check in as it's been soooo long. I feel bad for not keeping up with the challenge that I started so I apologize for that. I don't think I'll be losing anymore weight between now and the wedding as the dress fits just right. I have been focused mainly on my thesis lately, but havn't resorted to pizza and Ben and Jerry binges, so that is good and it's helpe me to maintain. I will try to check in once in awhile over the next month, but am out of town for most of it.

Welcome back Angela!! I have missed you! You have done well not to resort to pizza and Ben and Jerrys with all the stress it sounds like you have in your life right now. Keep it up!!

Tuesday - B - wg cereal and milk
L - salade, leftover chicken stuffed w/artichokes and goat cheese
S- red pepper
S- grapes
D- mediteranean pork chops
whole grain rice pilaf - which was really good
salad
red wine
Plus I

Wed.
B- wg bagel w/peanut butter
L-- leftover pork chop and grains
cucumber slices w/light dressing
S- hummus and celery and some wg baked pretzels, probably should not have had as many as I did but I was hungry and I am celebrating - I am having a new grandson in January

Dinner - ww wrap w/grd. beef/turkey mixture
black beans, light cheese, lettuce, tomatoe
red wine

hey girl!! You're not alone here even though sometimes it may seem like it. I've been checking in quickly but then forgetting to post, lol. Your lunch sounds yummy, is it a recipe or just tossed together?

today for me was:

B-go lean crunch w/milk
L-hot dog (eek) tomatoes and brownies (double eek)
D-Giant green salad with grilled sesame ginger chicken little bit of pasta salad

tomorrow I do better!

Well I was wondering if I was alone this week - even though I put fiid post instead of food. No, I threw it together - I made a wrap the night before with the same filling and just added it to lettuce and tomato. I took some salsa and some ff yogurt and mixed it together for my dressing. It was good.

B- Cascade Farms - crunch WG cereal
FF milk
L- going away party for my husband at his old position - I did pretty good considering. celery strips, watermelon chunk, one fried chicken wing, 2 pieces of lunch meat, several little pieces of cheese, some wheat thins, one meatball and three bites of various chocolate desserts.
Dinner will probably be white turkey hot dogs with hot dog chili
wine - it is Friday!!!
