well looks like I'm first:D

Had a bad headache today so I didn't do any cooking and ate pretty basic stuff but it was all Sonoma-friendly just not super delish. I really wanted some chocolate to help ease the pain but sadly had none in the house, probably for the best...

oh the other day I had a mango raspberry shake at McD's...it was sooo good!! naughty, naughty, naughty :devil: :devil:

:o Well, I attended my conference and was a bad girl.:devil: most of the time. I tried the first couple of days and off and on to be SOnoma friendly. I had lost down to 160 the day I left and was so excited!! Today I was up 4 and a half pounds:sp: I will do wave 1 next week. The rasberry shake sounds good. You are doing very well Batmomm!!!:bravo:

well I'm not doing that well b/c the scale is NOT budging. I must be cheating the system somehow...I think i"m gonna start entering all my food into fitday again and see where I'm really at...and don't worry all 4.5 lbs won't stick with you, probably a lot of water weight from eating crap...you'll be fine in a couple days!!

:hug: Thanks Batmomm. I know how frustrating those non budges are. I am sure sometimes I must cheat the system some how. YOu know I feel so much better when I eat the right way. My husband's brother has been here the last two days and of course I was not good.:devil: I have had to take tagamint last week and this weekend. Am ready to get going again tomorrow.
