Hey all, hope everyone is doing well in life and in weight loss. It has been a bit since I last posted so I figured I would update you all on my progress. In my first 8 weeks of following the Sonoma lifestyle I have lost 25lbs and am feeling so much better physically and emotionally. I did not take my measurements before I started but I feel that I have lost about 4 or 5 inches off of my waist.

Anyone else who would like to post their progress here, it would be great to hear from you as it helps us all to see how everyone else is doing.
I give this "diet" 2 thumbs up and a happy little dance :carrot:.
