    I really hate counting things.

  • Hi there, Chocolate Queen! Welcome. I'm not great at measuring or counting everything, but I do post approximations of what I eat every day so I make sure that I eat approximately the right proportions of types of food.
  • Hi Queen, counting things is really important for most people... but counting food calories or types of food is not right for me. The only numbers I keep track of as far as fitness are my exercise progress and scale weight. This is probably a "slower" way of losing weight compared to other plans but I'm not in a special hurry. (It would be nice to be at goal by next year though )
