Today is my last day of Wave 1, and I didn't think it was too bad. I had some struggles w/veggie variety, as I'm not a big veggie eater... but thankfully, I enjoy salad. Overall, the food turned out tasty, and I feel and look better.

I wish you much success on this plan. I think you will enjoy it. Everything to so lite and tasty. Also, the results after Wave 1 are worth every bit of those first 10 days w/out sugars.

Congrats on finishing the first wave!I can't wait to start on it.I want to read the whole book first!
