Hi,

Has anyone tried doing the diet online? I was curious about this. I've done ediets and South Beach Diet. Ediets was good, but south beach online was a waste of money.

Sonoma online is operated by the same company that offers SBD online, so if you didn't like that one, you might not like this one. Its the same basic idea - food lists, recipes, articles, and forums. The one thing I do like is the "ask the nutritionist" forum that lets you get official answers for any questions you might have. They do offer menu generators with recipes and it's good, though I thought it was very slow to use. Also, the recipes tend to serve 4 people. On eDiets Mediterranean option, the recipes serve one person. So if that is an issue for you, you might keep that in mind. However, the Sonoma online is really good for offering more meal suggestions that you might not have thought of, and I thought it was worth it to sign up for one term, but I'm not sure if it would be worth it to keep it any longer. After you get the hang of it, then the only thing of use is the forum, but hey - we're free :lol:
