I just came across this quote and thought it was so good I should share it...

"Eat less, taste more"

It was attributed to be an "old Chinese saying"...I don't know how true that is but I thought the quote was very true.

I haven't really looked yet. I decided that for a month I was going to work on the routines and moves I've already learned then see how I still felt.

Thats a good idea...and if all else fails you can always go with books and videos...there is SO much out there I'm sure you could find some good stuff. And nice to be able to do it on your own time too.
