Thanks, I think I am ready to change it to "enjoying the journey" from "trying to enjoy the journey" because I'm feeling better in so many ways. :)

I think you have the right attitude and will probably feel better and be healthy before you know it. You're engaging in active living as much as possible, yes? I can't emphasize how important that was for me. Seeing my endurance, flexibility, and strength increase really made me feel capable and did a lot for my view of myself as healthy.

PR is Puerto Rico thats the island where I live.

We are in the Caribbean, Ricky martin, Marc Anhony Jennifer Lopez Roselyn Sanchez some of the Miss Universe etc are from here.
