... wanting what you have.
I'm really happy with the food I've been eating! I love cooking the recipes in the Sonoma Diet book and eating all the yummy vegetables and fruit. This is such a change for me because when I first started eating healthy foods, it was because I knew I should. Now I do so because I want to. I came to this realization over the past two or three days when I just wanted to eat and eat and eat. I haven't had that "stuffed" feeling in my stomach for a while, though I've never gone hungry. So I ate, but it was all Sonoma-friendly foods and in the proper proportions. I just ate more. Even though I had given myself permission to eat other stuff, didn't want it. |

What a charming post - and I agree! I, too, have gotten the basics down and I have been making lots of stuff with minor variations. It's a good feeling, comfortably full, not stuffed, not heavy and lethargic.
