Going for a quick trip to the folks' tomorrow. I'll be able to do breakfast at home and pack a lunch for the road. So, just dinner and breakfast Thursday at Potato World.

The folks, while supportive of my attempts to lose weight, don't buy into my "new fangled" ideas on potatoes, white bread and the like, so I'm going to try taking some oatmeal (already made, so I can use the "it was going to go to waste" line, works wonders with Ma) and some whole wheat crackers. I think I can make due otherwise, and even if I pick a few less-than-perfect choices, I still have my newfound portion control to get me through.
