Tilapia - Is It Ok For Wave 1?
Can anyone please help me out, I'm starting the Sonoma diet soon and really need to know if Tilapia is an ok fish to have for Wave 1.
I read the book but do not see it listed (unless I read over it) but am not seeing it on the ok list for fish, I don't see it at all, even on Wave 2. I would appreciate anyone letting me know. I've been reading all the threads the last couple of days and think it's really cool that everyone helps everyone. Look forward to learning alot thru all of you. Thanks, Patricia |
Yes it's just fine. I love this fish. One thing about the book is that they cannot list every possible food, so I am glad you came here to ask. :) This plan is new to everyone so it will take some time to learn it all.. I still am learning! :^:
