I read the Sticky about the foods allowed on Wave 1. It just seems strange that you can have beef but no chicken or turkey on Wave 1 and wondering what is the logic to this because I always thought they are healthier than beef but I always find out I'm wrong about things. Maybe it is there and I missed it

. I don't have the book but was thinking of getting it. I am doing WW Core and thought I could use the recipes but I eat mostly chicken or turkey for my protein (except Fridays during Lent). Also, is tofu allowed on Wave 1? Thank you. I may give it a go, thanks again and good luck to everyone
