Thinking about starting SONOMA!!
 

Im thinking about starting the sonoma diet. can anyone tell me their thoughts on it. is it for someone who doesnt have a lot of time to prepare meals? is it easy to stick with? Thanks!!!

Welcome to the Sonoma Forum. Well, whether it takes a lot of time is really pretty subjective.. for me I say no. I do bulk cooking, use my freezer a lot so I am only cooking a few times a week and find this very manageable.

Check out some of the recipes in the recipe forum and see what you think. Read the sticky above titled "What is the Sonoma Diet?" which gives you some idea about the plan.

You do have to devote time to planning, preparing and yes exercising, but aren't you worth the time? I think so!
