New to Sonoma

Hi Everyone! I have been following the Sonoma Diet for about a week and I feel wonderful. I am still learning, and I am really affraid I am doing things wrong because it seems so easy. This forum helped me make up my mind to follow the Sonoma and I wanted to say thanks!

Hi, sometimes I think something is wrong, because it is so easy. But I'm sure you are doing everything right if you are following the guidlines.
