I am incredibly grateful!
I came to 3fatchicks to look at discussions about weight watchers. On the home page I saw the sonoma diet book. I had never noticed 3fatchicks endorsing a book before so I followed the link. I quickly ordered the book and I am so grateful that I did!!
I have done this for 5 days with very few cravings. Right now I am completely fine without the processed junk that use to be at the center of my diet. It feels incredibly good to make meals are good and healthy for my family. I think the fact that the recipes included in the book are delicious is a big part of why this has worked so well for us. I am grateful that I am going to do what I can to prevent disease and promote good health for myself and my family. Thank you 3fatchicks for your support and encouragement and information about the Sonoma Diet. If you didn’t endorse it on your home page I would have never heard of it. |

That is a nice post! Thank you so much! We're really glad you joined us :) It's fun to explore a new diet together, especially when it works, lol. I'm also enjoying this. I'm even looking at food in a new light now, and seem to appreciate it more, if that makes any sense, :)

Gina--you said it perfectly I had never heard of Sonoma but I can truly say it has been a godsend. My family is even considering calling Guinesses Book of Records to report the length of time I have stayed with it, without whining or complaining and saying I can't live like this!!
Actually I can live like this the rest of my life and I think that is the key to success!! A second big thank you to the Chicks for a great review on a Great book. Wanda:) |
