It was my first try last night and I did the beginner's dvd (which lasts about 15 mins) twice. I think it will take a while, maybe about a week, to get the steps right, but I'll keep trying! I can tell that once I'm doing it properly it will be great cardio, even doing half an hour last night learning the steps worked up a sweat. It's a nice change anyway. I'm halfway through the 30 day challenge on EA so I'll stick with that till it's done too.

Yes I'm thrilled with the ticker movement felt like I was stuck there for a while after Mum left but it seems that the extra exercise last week helped a lot. She will be back over in a week so I'll have to keep my resolve.

This week I am determined too, and I'm going to try for little or no alcohol, and no restaurant meals. Knowing for sure I'll be out to eat with Mum when she's here next week, I'll definitely be good this week.

Bowl fruit and fibre, low fat yoghurt
Brown rice, zucchini, mushrooms
2 Slices ww, 2 vegetarian sausages

30 mins wii
30 mins Zumba

I think she writes her dates the european way? That's the way we write them, date/month/year..

Got bored of the beginners Zumba dvd so I put on the advanced one. Did half an hour of it after wii this morning and my god that's a workout. I think once I get the hang of it I'll really enjoy it. Did workout 11 of 20 in the 30 day challenge on EA, so I'm halfway there with that too.

Bowl fruit and fibre, low fat yoghurt
Wholewheat ravioli with ricotta, steamed broccoli
Bowl fruit and fibre, low fat yoghurt

30 mins wii
30 mins Zumba

See the blue, thats the way I write my dates, Canada is one of the only country where we accept everything but because I am eastern Canadian espicially french canadian we do follow the european ways to write which includes writing centre, flavour and our dates like this
Petra, you are american right? According to this you write your days: mm/dd/yyyy?

The military writes their dates that way here but that's about the only people who do. That makes sense. I didn't know you were canadian.

Very good day! I had to go to a conference and managed not to eat the nasty pastries they served! Usually the conference is so boring I eat just "because"---another change in my eating!!

yogurt strawberries granola
turkey sandwich pretzels pickles
not hungry for supper, maybe some fruit later
walked 2 miles

Good job ping. I'm trying to eat up my fruit and drink up my wine so I can try for some wave 1 time to get my scale to move again. This is so frustrating!

B: baked eggs, strawberries, sugar free latte
L: barley and black bean salad, tangerine
S: string cheese
D: Szechwan beef and brown rice, glass of red wine. I don't know if anyone else has made this recipe out of the sonoma book. I only used half the chili paste and it still was hot!
