i just finished this book today and im really liking the plan
maybe i will try it next month :)

Hi blkbarbie25,

I haven't read the book as I follow Mediterranean and have never tried Sonoma, however, most of the other ladies on the weekly thread have read the book and follow Sonoma.

Check out the weekly thread and join in, if you do decide to try the plan :)
