I made the mistake to weight myself today. I didnt loose nothing this week but then again its the time of the month.

Exercise: Cardio for 45 mins!
I didnt go to the gym wednesday and yesterday because I pulled a muscle tuesday and I wanted it to heal. I dont feel it no more so I am guessing its much better
