New week. Good luck everyone. Losing 5 lbs last week is awesome Zofia! Keep up the great work. I'm going out to dinner tonight with my ex-boyfriend but we are going to a mediterranean restaurant so that should help limit the damage.

today:

B: 1 toast and smoothie
L: Turkey sandwich
D: 2 eggs and 1 toast with beans on the side.

Exercise: 45 mins of cardio

Hey Girls,

Not been online as my Mum is over to visit for a couple of weeks as she's just finished her radiotherapy. I've not completely disappeared off the radar, I will be back, just probably won't be updating much for the next few days. Diet is not too good but not too bad and I've been playing about with the wii sports games and fit so hopefully the damage dietwise wont be too bad.

Well done Zofia, 5lbs is something to be proud of, you are obviously doing something very right! Congrats

I've been mostly posting up on the 40-something thread and not so much here but I've been pretty much on track. Didn't forget you all.

B: shredded wheat n bran with banana, low fat milk, sugar free latte
L: roasted chicken leg with root vegetables
D: curried lamb and carrots over couscous, grapes

Sorry i was not here all week! It was pretty hectic O_o

Thank you Sara for your message

I made the mistake to weight myself today. I didnt loose nothing this week but then again its the time of the month.

B: Granola bar with a banana
L: Salad with Chicken
D: Not sure yet hahaha

Exercise: Cardio for 45 mins!

I didnt go to the gym wednesday and yesterday because I pulled a muscle tuesday and I wanted it to heal. I dont feel it no more so I am guessing its much better
