Please share your success and a few questions ...
Hi,
I'm pretty new to this and having a hard time, not so much with the refined carbs, but with saturated fats. I think it's hard for me because I'm not sure if it will really work, so it's hard to make the sacrifices. I would love to hear from any of you for whom this plan worked/is working.
Also, I just returned last week from a couple of weeks in Europe. I had tried to do Wave 1 several times since the beginning of the year, and finally successfully completed it the day I left for Europe. I did pretty well at the beginning of my trip, but by the end had gone off plan completely.
When I started back on the plan seriously the first day, I had really bad headaches and felt really dizzy/confused. Has anyone experienced this? Is it not enough calories? Sugar withdrawals? Any ideas?
Also, should I redo Wave 1 again, or just keep working on Wave 2?
