mayonnaise?
 

Hi people. I just found out I am allergic to soy products. That eliminates a lot of food but the woman at the health food store is also allergic. She told me to embrace raw foods, vegetarian, and mediterranean cooking. I remembered seeing this part of 3FC before.

Does anyone have the recipe for mayonnaise, I know it is called something else in mediterranean cooking. Thanks in advance for your help.

Just a couple of days staying out of the soy is helping me feel better. :carrot:

Maybe you are thinking of aioli? I am not sure. There are some good olive oil and canola oil based mayos out there in the market. Not sure if they contain soy or not. I actually never knew soy was in mayos. I posted a recipe in the food forum for a fat free mayo, but I have never tried it myself.
