micro meals

I usually do a quick lunch at work and someone mentioned that the Lean Quisine "Spa" meals are okay on Sonoma. Is that true and are there any other micro meals that would work.

Yes this is true. The only other ones I can think of at the moment are Amy's meals. The book has a complete listing of ones that are Sonoma friendly.
