I'm not going to have time to post this tomorrow, so here is my Thursday:
B: Kashi, milk, toast, coffee L: Soup, salad, 1/2 c grapes D: Latin Spiced Pork Chops, Brown Rice (~1/2 c), Roasted Green Beans S: 11 almonds, Light Cheese Stick, 1/2 chicken nugget |
Yesterday I ate A LOT!
B: Bran Flakes w/skim S: Apple breakfast bar – Ingredients weren’t too bad, but I know it’s not Sonoma approved L: Tuna Sandwich (from book) S: Bran Flakes w/skim D: Salad w/a Chicken breast on top (from a restaurant) choice of food wasn’t bad, but I did have ranch dressing S: I had three pieces of dark chocolate and a sundae from Culver’s. I don’t know what my deal is, but I can’t seem to stay away from the sweets. Now, if this were “pre” Sonoma, I would have probably had about 10 chocolates, if not more. I guess writing down everything is helping me keep myself in check. I doubt I’m losing weight at this point. I’m sure I’m going to have a rough weekend, because my husband is home, and we always eat poorly when he’s around. I’m really hoping that Monday I can get back on the wagon. I know I haven’t been 100%, but I certainly am doing better. Maybe I’ll weigh myself soon… it might give me that push to stop eating junk every day. I’ll probably keep w/Wave 2 next week, and forget starting Wave 1 over…which I had considered. I don’t know, I’m all over the place right now. Sigh…:( |
Hey guys, I'm back from my trip and let me say; it was an eating and drinking festival all weekend. Yikes I probably gained 5 lbs. Well, today is the magical Monday, so I'm starting with a clean slate and definitely not weighing myself until next week. I think I'm also going to start exercising, because I've just been too busy but it really is a must.
Hope everyone had an ok weekend, it sounded like everyone had a lot going on. I'll post a hopefully civilized menu later or tomorrow! |
