Nut-Topped Stuffed Mushrooms
Phase 2 & 3 Prep Time: 10 min Total Time: 30 min Makes: 8 servings, 1 mushroom each 1 tub (8 oz.) 1/3 less fat cream cheese softened 1 medium red pepper, chopped 4 green onions, sliced 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 8 medium portobello mushrooms, stems removed 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Mixed Nuts Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cheese, red pepper, onions and seasonings. Spoon evenly into mushroom caps; top with nuts. Bake 20 minutes or until nuts are golden brown. Serve warm.
