I am going to make these today with some cheese crisps and take them to the theater so i can have something crunch instead of popcorn

My favorite too! As a child I would eat regular pepperonis like this. A while back I remembered how much I loved it & decided to try it with turkey pepperonis. Just as good!!

I made these for my DW and myself and they were delish! They are really good with a wedge of Laughing Cow Light Mozzarella Sun Dried Tomato & Basil Cheese smeared on them.. yummy! I've also grown tired of eating string cheese so I add a little olive oil, garlic powder & basil to a non stick pan and melt 2 string cheese sticks (it's from another recipe on this site, with my own twist) and once it's bubbly and a little crispy I add the crispy pepperoni. It's SOOO GOOD!!!!!

yum I need to get some turkey pepperoni!
