Ham Pinwheels
 

These are my current obsession!

The actually recipe makes enough for a party appitizer, if your a solo SBDer, just cut down the recipe to suit your needs.

8 oz lf plain cream cheese
14-16 slices of deli ham (depending how thick you spread the c.c.)
1 Bunch of green onions (more or less to taste... I have made these several times, and have always uped the onions, but have never found it too 'oniony')

Soften cream cheese, mix in diced onion.
Spread equal amounts on to thinly sliced ham
Roll up (jelly roll style)
Refridgerate 2 hours - overnight
cut into quarters, stab with toothpick,
serve and enjoy!


***note: I am sure these are just fine with meat other than ham, ham is just the only route I've tried***
