Default Jalapeno Poppers

Ok, this is my version of jalapeno poppers - really easy...

Cut the stems off two jalapeno and split in half lengthwise.
Deseed and remove any pith.

Microwave for a minute or so until the jalapenos are semi-soft.

Fill w/ LF/FF cream cheese, season w/ salt, Mrs. Dash, whatever you like.

Microwave for another 30 seconds. Let cool for a minute and ENJOY!

You can also top the poppers w/ some walnuts or pecans for a little protein kick.

You can grill the jalapenos instead of microwave.
You can also boil them if you want them less spicy.

These are a staple for us! We do ours on the grill or in the oven, and after stuffing them with lf cream cheese we wrap them in turkey bacon. Super addictive and no one would guess they are "diet food", LOL!
